One thing that's not clear from the FAQ, is that the version of the license.jar needs to match the version of the Flex SDK you are compiling against. In the FAQ it is using 3.0.0.477, but you should use 3.2.xxx or 3.3.xxx or whatever you are compiling with. Did you do the -X instruction and confirm that the correct values are there?
