I am doing a "mvn clean install" each time. I will see what I can do about reproducing it. It is a difficult thing because it comes and goes. After posting this message, the problem went away all day and I can't recreate it this morning. However, it is not a one time thing as I have been dealing with it for a couple of weeks. It also happens on the buildbox occasionally.
I'll let you know if I find anything, else.
