I should mention, even though it's ugly, depending on your familiarity with flexcover and maven, it might be easier to use the maven ant runner and use ant to run flexcover, since flexcover has specific ant examples. Either way is probably going to be tricky, but if you can get the ant examples running, it might be a stopgap for now. Icky, but if you're just trying to get something done, it might be an alternative solution for now.
