I have changed the dependency to:

<ignoreVersionIssues>true</ignoreVersionIssues>

<dependency>
<groupId>com.adobe.flex</groupId>
<artifactId>compiler</artifactId>
<version>3.0.0.477</version>
<type>pom</type>
</dependency>
</dependencies>
</plugin>
I am using
3.0.0 as flexmojos-maven-plugin,
3.0.0.477 as compiler in dependency here
3.0.0.477 as flex.version in parent pom
I have flex sdk 3.0 on my machine.
Now I am getting BUILD FAILED
Reason: Error Compiling!
Any clue?
