I have the same problem some days ago. I don't know why flexmojos thinks the framework is 3.2.0.3958 (Framework: '3.2.0.3958'), but setting the pom to use the same version worked for me. Maybe MArvin could explain how flex mojos try to discover the framework version (see on the program files, flex builder confid files, ...)
