Agreed, and I have been thinking about it.  My first thought is to have the
target packaging be something like TAR.GZ, which would include all build
resources.  

Honestly, I think the bigger headache is for other configuration items, like
"defaultSizeWidth".  What if two different MXML files have different default
sizes?  I want to make sure any proposed solution makes things easier, not
harder.
