To fully optimize flex builds (using maven) it would seem that user
components (swc) should be compiled as optimized rsl(swf) and always
link against the flex framework using external scope so no static
linking occurs. Then in a flex application (swf) that uses these
components it seems it should link to these components with rsl scope
and to the framework with caching scope (or possibly rsl). However I
don't find any published signed rsl/swz for any framework artifacts
except framework and rpc; nor do I find rsl/swz for any but framework
and rpc. Why? Why aren't utilities, playerglobal, resources, etc
available as swz? btw, I'm using version 3.4, perhaps other versions
have more rsl/swz?
