Yeah, I suspect it is a bug in the compiler and not flexmojos fault -
it's odd that it fails by making it not find sources I want to
<include>. It's also interesting to note that all of the sources that
I am telling it to <include> that are coming from swc files that are
included in the compile path are found without problems.

A resourceBundlePath also has to be set. I've created a project that
will fail reliably and demonstrates the issue. I can create an issue
and submit a zip with the project for you - it's not clear where to
place new unit tests for issues and creating the java file to run this
issue takes all of 30 seconds since it will throw a verifier error
when it fails.
