Well, glad to hear you are using flexmojos for a long time (well, 2.0.3 is about one year old)....
Right now flexmojos does came with state of art unit test support... on 3.5 or newer you may use any unit test framework (at least all I know of). Now integration test is a more dedicated matter.... and even on maven that is kinda taboo, I mean, there is no silver bullet (like surefire) so far..... there are some efforts (like failsafe), but still an ongoing matter..... Needless to say, flexmojos does not support it nativelly... you can do some tricks and get you going... ( http://www.hydra1983.com/?p=1786&cpage=1#comment-37 ).... but so far nothing integrated that covers all that is needed... maybe integrated with flexmonkey or any other popular framework... I'm thinking on spending sometime on making it right, but for now you would need to get dirty to run integration tests with server, database and whatever else you need.
