So, if you define includeNamespace flexmojos assumes you know what you are doing AND you are going to include whatever you need. In the end your problem is you defined an includeNamespace and expected flexmojos to guess if your SWC need something else to be included or not. Which flexmojos don't do. Use includeClasses, includeFiles or whatever else you need to get it done. Exactly same way you would do if you was using COMPC. If this still not working on flexmojos but does work on flexbuilder refer to FAQ... there are instructions there explaining what to do to verify where is the difference.
