To answer your question, yes (in a profile). However, I found the issue. The test-swf *is* in the war. However, it is named without the -test classifier. In other words, it looks like the standard SWF. However a size comparison showed that it was indeed the test-swf.
What is the instruction that tells copy-flex-resources to not rename the swf? Having asked that question I am on the fence. Having it named without the "-test" in its name might be a *good* thing...Hmm..
