In the interest of saving anyone else out there who makes the same
mistake as me, here's the reason it didn't work.
Even though I had a GUH-zillion repos specified, I didn't mark them as
usable for snapshots ... doh!
<snapshots>
<enabled>false</enabled>
</snapshots>
The false should actually be true.
Thus even though the resource was on sonatype, my maven didn't search for it.
By no means is this something to be posted here on the flexmojos
mailing list but ... well ... ummm ... I didn't know this ntil after I
found the problem.
