The flexcover mojo is in an unknown state right now. If I twiddled with it enough in Flexmojos 2.0.9, I coulld get it to work with some manual steps, but I haven't done that in a few months. I tried to get it working with 3.6-SNAPSHOT a month ago, and couldn't get it to work after an hour or so and gave up for the moment. We are upgrading our Flexmojos build to 3.6 in about a month. When we do that, it is my intention to get Flexcover working again, though if someone wants to take a stab at it before then, I can try and help. Someone implemented a headless listener for the coverage results, so you no longer need to launch the air app to capture the results, but it will require writing some code to integrate the new listener.
