I used that contact form last week and got a reply saying they had a version working they were using with their consulting clients and they wouldn't tell me any more about a release date without an Nda in place.
Maybe now that flex 4 I released they can say more? Or maybe they can say more to you? They have every right to keep it as secret a possible, but I did find it a bit strange to find a gpl (obviously dual licensed) project asking for an Nda for a release date. When flexmonkey does release their flex 4 version, I hope it plays nicely with flex mojos.
