@Velo - I didn't dig into the source code, but was going off of the maven plugin docs, which do not include how to use includeAsClasses (http://sites.sonatype.org/flexmojos/flexmojos-maven-plugin/compile- swc-mojo.html). I'll give this another try now that I have documentation available. As I stated before, I'd rather not use sourcePaths since you've said it's going to be deprecated.
Could you republish the flexmojos site for the community?
