Nabeel, Take a look at the URL for the Sonatype repository you have. There isn't actually any artifacts there, not even for Flex 3.
If you take a look at the root of Sonatype you will find a link to the forge repository https://repository.sonatype.org/content/groups/forge/ Also you might want to consider using 4.0.0.14159 which is the latest milestone release of Flex 4. I believe the one you are referencing is an earlier beta. One last thing to note. I am not sure why you have all those namespaces in your configuration. The use of namespaces here is for adding your own custom namespaces. Then again maybe you already know this and have a reason... just thought I would point it out though.
