Yeah, looks like I shouldn't rely so much on our Nexus repo browser. When I view the 'public' repos, i only see up to v3.6.1, plus 4.0-snapshot. Not sure who's repository configuration is doing what. As far as I can tell, we're just proxying
https://repository.sonatype.org/content/groups/flexgroup And when I open that in browser, I can navigate to see all versions!
