As far I remember (and I can be absolutely wrong here) people figured that this isn't possible to do. At least, so far no one gave me an compc/mxmlc command that does that. Unless someone provides me that there is no action I can do. And just to clarify, the compc/mxmlc must include "-load-config=" so nothing is magically coming from a hidden flex-config.xml.
