It didn't work when I set <optimize>true</optimize> in plugin
configuration.
But it works after adding this descriptor for each module
configuration:
<modules>
<module>
<sourceFile>ChatModule.mxml</sourceFile>
<finalName>ChatModule</finalName>
<optimize>true</optimize>
</module>
....
