I'm not sure what you mean?   Flexmojos is a maven plugin.  It creates
SWC or SWF files for a maven module that needs to call out the various
Flex aritifacts as maven dependencies.  These dependencies are not JAR
files they are packaged as SWC files.   The Flex source code has
nothing to do with it.

That said, I have had absolutely no luck in trying to get Flash
Builder to uses these Maven SWC libraries as a substitute for the
SDK.  It seems to me that Flash Builder is expecting the SDK directory
and wants it to have a certain structure.  This issue is a BIG PAIN,
because it means that developers have to be extremely careful to
ensure their locally installed SDK version matches exactly with the
Maven downloaded artifact version.  Someday this will cause me all
sorts of problems....I just know it....

If anyone has a way to get Flash Builder 4 to compile a project
without a separately installed SDK, I'd love to hear about it!
