I have opened IDEA-58453 (http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-58453) in JetBrains YouTrack for this issue, in case anyone else happens to run into it as well. Hopefully whoever over there contributed the generate-config-sw[cf] goals to FlexMojos will implement a fix. It'll be interesting to see what they do in IDEA for FlexMojos 4, since it doesn't have these goals anymore.
