If that is the case - and I do have faint recollections of a post or dialogue we once had about this - what do you think might be causing my FlashBuilder to complain?
Standard locale/resource-bundle usage recommends having a 'real' fall- back bundle i.e. with no locale designation. Is there any possibility that this expectation has always existed and until now has been inadvertently satisfied, that is, until now when the fall-back bundle is now empty? Is FlashBuilder itself possibly relying on this convention? Furthermore, am I the only person having this issue?
