Yes, by "package up" in this context, uploading it to your repository is all
I'm referring to.

As far as I'm aware, FlexMojos 4 offers nothing better in terms of being
able to theme Flex 4+ with Halo than FlexMojos 3 does. It offers a lot of
other things internally, I have no doubt, and new/different/better
functionality. But nothing on theming so far as I've found.
