Ok, i think i've got something now. I was able to make the framework cacheing work with a simple project Then i tried to extend that with a rsl which is part of the project. I found that the library swf was not copied to the target directory though. So i added a war project with a copy-flex-resources goal.
At this point the build started to complain about missing artifacts for the cached framework files. Am i missing something here? Best, Ralf.
