Now on a 26" monitor I was able to see your message. 1st, when asking for help, try to nail down your problem, sending all profiles you have on your pom only help to make me confuse. If you aren't sure if a profile is useful or not remove it and try locally. Keep in mind that my time is very limited. Also, all your debug log has no use, specially if you put a text body, gmail will just cripple it in a way it is very hard to read.
The problem is exactly what logan told you. Flex SDK 3 is shipped on en_US only. If you need any other locales you shall provide it.
