No, I was using flexmojos-4.0. Looking at the source code I discovered that
there's this boolean

   /**

     * When true won't create a RSL (swf) for this project

     *

     * @parameter default-value="true" expression="${flex.skipRSLCreation}"

     */

    private boolean skipRSLCreation;


that I need to set to false. When I do that, I was able to generate both the
swf and the swc.


Now I'm testing to see if I can get maven to copy the swf instead of swc
when building the application.
