scope="runtime" is also meaningless for flex mojos, right? I'm not suggesting it as a permanent fix - but if I were to quickly step over all the dependencies that are resolved and then replace "runtime" with "rsl" on any of them, it should simulate what the dependency resolution will look like for when maven behaves properly right?
