IDEA is just such a killer IDE. Been using it for years. Just always seemed intuitive. I'll probably buy version 10 even if the boss doesn't purchase the licenses for us. (What kills me with Eclipse is the darn plugin system.... trying to update plugins is a royal pain. Maybe they've overhauled that interface, but it sure sucked the last time I messed with it.)
