Hello,
We have been using 4.0-beta-3 for our projects and the conditional
compiler options don't seem to be working. When I reverted to 3.8 the
options seem to work fine this is the declaration I am using and it
works with 3.8 I have tried it with using 4.0-beta-5 and it doesn't
work there either. does anyone have any suggestions please.

<name>ENV::mock</name>
<value>"mock"</value>
