On our project, we have a Maven profile which we can activate
(-Pflexbuilder-setup) wwhich downloads -sources.jars for our dependencies
and extracts them to a specific location in the project. Our various dot
files for Eclipse/Flex/FlashBuilder are committed to SVN and configured to
load sources from those directories. That's how we get around it, for
Flex/FlashBuilder users. The rest of the team uses IDEA, which understands
jarred source.
