I've just noticed the defaults.css file was checked in the asset tab from Flash Builder that's why it was embeded in the SWC file. So... my mistake! After reading more carefully the doc, defaults-css- url doesn't embed anything. It allows your project to use another default CSS than the defaults.css file Flex tries to resolve.
