ok... I've managed to fix it. It turns out that the problem came from a
parent pom where I was declaring includeClasses and includeFiles for
FlexMojos in the PluginManagement section.
<includeClasses>
<scan>
<directory>${project.build.sourceDirectory}</directory>
<includes>
<include>**/*</include>
</includes>
</scan>
</includeClasses>
<includeFiles>
<scan>
<directory>${project.build.sourceDirectory}</directory>
<includes>
<include>**/*</include>
<!-- will include everything css/images and source files -->
</includes>
</scan>
</includeFiles>
