Hi Bryan, thanks for the input.  Indeed, I downloaded the 4.1.0.16076
SDK and under frameworks/flex-config.xml it specs RSL like below.
Also note that OSMF is a different version too.  I didn't realize it
and now wonder if I need to modify my build to take this into account.
 Any ideas?

I'm wondering also if I only need to spec these 6 dependencies in my
pom.xml (with identical versions) to allow RSL to work properly.  What
about datavisualization?  Is that available as a signed RSL?
