i checked out apparat and compared some part and couldn't not find anything, so i think the problem is not apparat! so I think there is a bug somewhere in flexmojos!
i switched back to flexmojos beta 5 and it works now. for all who want to use coverage, try it with flexmojos 4 beta 5!
