For SWC RSLs using library-path to compile against libraries is always a bad
idea. See also
http://www.yeap.de/blog2.0/archives/203-Size-of-Flex-RSLs-with-dependencies-to-other-RSLs.html

for more detailed information.

So RSLs that have dependencies to other SWCs should always put these into
the external-library-path. In fact this is an improvement in FlexMojos 4.
This means that when you compile your application, you always have to not
only link against the RSL, but also against the transitive dependencies of
that RSL - preferably through providing these transitive dependencies as
RSLs again.
