My issue seemed to arise after updating the runtime, as well (Note: I'm running OS X Lion). Right now, I'm working on creating a bare- bones project to see if it has the same issue and, if so, I will upload THAT POM & descriptor (because our current one mainly references a parent POM that I can't post online).
