Try to debug it from flashbuilder. I was wandering what kind of information I discover... things what are not written in FAQs or blogs..
1. install maven ide to FlashBuilder by Eclipse Marketplace 2. make a sample maven java project aka "build project" (first of all make a java project and second thing give it maven project nature) 3. add your your "air project" as module of your build project... <modules /> 4. add version of flex-mojos plugin as dependency of your build project ... <dependencies /> 5. download sources of flex-mojos ... open some class from jar file and maven ide will download all source files by own 6. set maven to remote debug as any normal java application ... export MAVEN_OPTS="-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=y,address=8888" 7. create in flashbuilder new remote debug launch configuration on port 8888.
