I got the same problem and found a workaround in the code : the copy- flex-resources uses the first rsls url you gave to resolve the path where the rsls should go. If it is an absolute url, it will resolve to a /path/to/my/target/ http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/{extension}/flex/{version}/{artifactId}_{version}.{extension} like path and fail telling that the source file is incorrect.
The source file is absolutely correct whereas the resolved destination file is incorrect. To work around this, use relative url for your first rslUrls and this will do the trick !
