Well the difference is actually only the name ... it's no longer "org.sonatype.flexmojos" but "net.flexmojos.oss" from now on ... currently there are no real major additions as I'm currently still working on finishing migrating the stuff from sonatype to the new "https://flexmojos.atlassian.net"; site and am currently still consumed with setting up the CI environment (Sort of dedup with the Linux+Flashplayer+Headless crap and will be setting up a Windows CI server)
