Well our experiance with Eclipse and large Maven projects was, that
Eclipse starts getting slower and slower untill you reach a point
wehre it doesn't make sense to continue working with it. You start
partitioning your Projects, only opening a small set of them in order
to keep the IDE working. After only 2 hours of using IntelliJ at my
company we decided to switch ;-)

Especially when it comes to Large Maven projects that are structured
hierarchically (just as Maven porojects usually are).

But one or two posts ago Michael claimed to that Adobe is thinking
about actually maintinaing the Flexmojos plugin themselves. This would
be the best solution as only they really know what information they
need to work properly.
