Not sure about 1 and 2, but for 3 when you set up the project you can tell it 
where to deploy the compiled code. Not open at the moment, but I think it's the 
second to last section of the project setup wizard towards the bottom

I think I've played with that and have only got strange results.  Any relative 
path I put in it is append to the jrun root.  If I put an absolute path in, as 
the example shows, I get urls like this 
http://localhost/C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cfide\samples\phones\

Yeah, this is a slow list, but I'm hopping traffic generates traffic.  
Especially since the yahoo group keeps kicking me off for excessive bounces and 
I can not figure out what is bouncing and why.
