I've had that problem with cfeclipse too, on several different eclipse
installs.  Dunno if its eclipse or the plugin though.

Will, I have not seen this myself.  How are you determining this?  Are
you sure its a different app?  Hitting the green play button may in
fact build and run a previous project.  You have to use the black drop
down arrow next to the green play button to choose between executing a
project.  Just a stab.
