You don't really need to worry about coldfusion flex adapter /
ColdFusion Event Gateway Adapter to do Flex/CF development, at least I have
not had to worry about it.  You can use either of the three services for
what you want: HTTP, WebService, or RemoteObject.  Pick your poison for
getting started!
