Let's say I have two panels in a VBox. If I apply a second state which sets the height of the top panel to 0 and sets the height of the second panel height to 100%.
When the second panel jumps up... it doesn't completely fill the area. It's almost as if the first panel is still there even thought it is set to 0... is there any way to hide the first panel completely?
