This topic has been discussed a lot.

While developing Flex apps, there is "no way" using another solution 
other than Flex builder. Or it doesn't mean anything to work with 
another tool.

I used to use Homesite/CFStudio until CFMX comes out. There are problems 
on Homesite/CFStudio while working with Unicode files 
(http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19059) and I am working with DW/Eclipse 
because of using Unicode in all my CF projects.

Eclipse is my main developer platform but there is only one issue that I 
really want to find a solution. I prefer to use files in Unicode with 
BOM. But there is no way to create a Unicode file with BOM on Eclipse 
and I create any new file via DW.
