BTW, I should mention that because this is an internal app, it actually made a lot of sense for us to load *ALL* of the data up front because that makes the app faster and easier to use. No clickong of a "Search" or "Filter" button.... ie, as soon as you check the "Show Annual Funds Only", the grid is filtered.
The wait for the data to frontload is pretty minimal, especially over a LAN.
