I've been asked to allow the cancellation of a pending request in our application.
Ie... you enter a bunch of criteria, click "Submit", and then say "Ooops, that wasn't what I wanted" Right now, I'm not doing anything but calling the remoteObject method and using showBusyCursor... I'm not enabling/disabling anything when they click submit so they could technically click submit multiple times or go do something else. But I'd like to be able to "cancel" the request.. not kill the running coldfusion request, but to just get the flex app to pretend that the request was never made and to ignore any response it receives.
