I assume this is an Eclipse feature. I noticed that Flex Builder uses
such a variable ${FRAMEWORKS} ... but I don't know where it is set up.
I used windows search to look for the string FRAMEWORKS in the files
in the Flex Builder directory but it didn't come up with anything
useful.
