I'd add though to think about things a bit. Flex is hot and all sexy like, but its really geared towards applications. A web site is really different from a web application. If your site is nothing but content, Flex is overkill IMHO. Use HTML or even DHTML./AJAX for a little spiff, maybe even a Flash intro.
