FlexBuilder is built on top of Eclipse.  Unfortunately, Eclipse didn't 
support the text drag and drop functionlity universally, and the 
FlexBuilder team didn't have the time to add it in on their own.

However, Eclipse 3.3 has universal text drag and drop support for text 
editors, so we should get it for "free" when running Eclipse 3.3 and 
FlexBuilder.  Eclipse 3.3 is targetted to be done "late June", which 
should mean it'll be released soon.  The FlexBuilder 3.0 beta works with 
the current Eclipse 3.3 beta.

So.. in other words, it's just a matter of time.
